Coach Monica, founder of Surfet is passionate about sharing her love for surfing!
Originally from Miami Springs, her background as a Swimmer, Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor proved valuable, at age 18, when she picked up surfing in Cocoa Beach. She was immediately hooked and quickly catching waves becoming a top novice competitor for the UCF surf team. Monica made it to California placing Top 5 in the NSSA Nationals Surf Competiton. Her journey continues as a free surfer, dedicated surf coach, and proud surf mom!
